Setup Checklist
Twenty-nine concrete tasks across five phases. Tick what you've done, see what's next in dependency order, watch your phase progress. State is local — nothing is uploaded.
The checklist mirrors the Step-by-step build page and the same data drives the timeline figure. Use the phase filters to focus, the progress bar to see the whole, and the "Next focus" pill to know what to do this week.

How to use it
- Start in the Plan phase. Do not jump ahead — the dependency arrows are real.
- Re-read the detail under each task. The task title is a label; the detail is the actual checklist.
- Bring this to your weekly project meeting. Print or screenshot the phase summary.
- Revisit the checklist at 12 weeks. If you've slipped, revise the timeline rather than skip tasks.
The state of your ticks lives in this browser tab and is not persisted across reloads. Treat the checklist as a workspace, not an archive — copy the result into your project notes when you're done for the session.
